Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Mustafa Nuri Pekdemir, trading as MNP ("MNP," "we," "us," or "our") concerning Signa: Math Puzzle (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Your iOS download and use are also subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms. Android distribution and purchases are subject to Google Play terms. Mandatory rules of the store used for your purchase apply where they conflict with these Terms.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use. Do not use the App if you do not agree.

2. Limited license and availability

Subject to these Terms and the applicable store rules, MNP grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on supported iOS or Android devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

The App is licensed, not sold. No ownership interest in the App, its content, levels, software, artwork, audio, characters, designs, or trademarks transfers to you. We may release fixes, updates, new levels, or feature changes, and some updates may be required to continue using all features.

We do not guarantee that every feature, advertisement, purchase, or service will be available at all times or in every country, language, device, or app version. Internet access may be required for ads, purchases, restoration, consent messages, remote configuration, and some support functions. Carrier or network charges are your responsibility.

3. Gameplay, progress, and virtual items

Signa is a puzzle game in which you connect tiles to form valid mathematical expressions and complete each board under the App's rules. Level validation, stars, hints, rewards, and progression are determined by the App. We may correct level data, scoring, rewards, or progression where necessary to fix errors, preserve fairness, or improve the game.

Signa currently has no player accounts or cloud progress sync. Progress, settings, stars, tutorial state, and hint balance are stored locally. They may be lost if you delete the App, erase app data, reset your device, restore without applicable local backup, or move to another device.

Stars, hints, and other in-game benefits are licensed digital features. They have no cash value, are not legal currency or property, cannot be transferred, traded, sold, or redeemed for money, and may only be used within the App as intended.

4. Advertising and rewarded ads

The free version may display interstitial advertisements at suitable moments. It may also offer optional rewarded advertisements that provide an in-game benefit, such as one hint, after the ad provider confirms successful completion. Rewarded ad availability, content, and successful completion depend on third-party services and are not guaranteed.

You must not manipulate ad delivery, use automated viewing, falsify completion, interfere with measurement, or attempt to obtain rewards without completing the required ad experience. A reward may be withheld or corrected when completion cannot be verified or activity appears invalid.

Third-party advertisers are responsible for their ad content and destinations. An advertisement is not an endorsement by MNP. Use care before interacting with third-party content, and review the advertiser's terms and privacy practices.

5. In-app purchases, billing, and refunds

Purchases are offered through Apple StoreKit on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. The store displays the localized price and payment confirmation before you authorize a purchase. The applicable store processes payment and transaction records; MNP does not receive your full card information or Apple or Google account password.

Consumable hint packs

Hint packs are consumable in-app purchases. Purchased hints are added to your local hint balance and are used when you request hints in the App. Unused purchased hints have no time-based expiry while the relevant local app data remains available.

Restore does not recreate consumed hint purchases. Deleting the App, erasing its data, losing the device, or moving to another device may permanently remove unused hints. Do not delete the App if you need to preserve an unspent local hint balance.

Signa Pro purchase

Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase. While the entitlement remains valid, Pro removes automatic third-party interstitial ads shown at level breaks. Optional rewarded ads remain available when you deliberately choose to watch one for an in-game benefit such as one hint. Pro does not remove essential store purchase verification, privacy controls, or MNP's own gameplay and support messages.

You can use Restore Purchases in the App to recover eligible Pro access with the original Apple or Google Play account. Recovery requires an internet connection and the relevant store services. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google accounts. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not renew automatically.

Refunds and purchase issues

Billing and refund requests follow the applicable store policies and your statutory rights. For iOS purchases, use Apple’s Report a Problem service. For Android purchases, see Google Play refund information or contact Signa Support. Approval is not guaranteed. If an approved refund, reversal, or chargeback affects a delivered item or entitlement, we may remove the corresponding unused benefit or Pro access to the extent technically and legally permitted.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit the App or its content except where law expressly permits;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive source code, bypass security, or modify the App, except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use cheats, automation, modified clients, exploits, or deceptive methods to manipulate progress, purchases, ads, hints, rewards, analytics, or game behavior;
• interfere with the App, its providers, networks, purchase systems, advertising systems, or other users' devices;
• introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities, overload services, impersonate another person, or use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity; or
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices.

7. Intellectual property and feedback

The App and all associated content, including its code, original puzzle design, level arrangements, visual system, branding, text, graphics, characters, sounds, and compilation, are owned by MNP or used under license and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Signa, its logo, and related visual identity are MNP marks to the extent protected by applicable law.

If you voluntarily send ideas, suggestions, level concepts, or other feedback, you grant MNP a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, adapt, publish, and commercialize that feedback without obligation or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of personal information included in support communications, which remains governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services and links

The App relies on Apple and Google services for distribution, purchases, analytics, diagnostics, remote configuration, consent, and advertising. These services and any third-party links are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, security, content, or decisions. To the extent permitted by law, MNP is not responsible for third-party services or for losses caused solely by them.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every equation or level will be free from defects, that progress or virtual items will never be lost, or that third-party ads and services will always be available. Signa is designed for entertainment and general puzzle practice; it is not a certified calculator, formal educational curriculum, examination tool, or source of professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MNP and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, progress, virtual items, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or use; or the cost of substitute services arising from or related to the App, even if advised that such harm was possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MNP's total aggregate liability for claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to MNP through the App during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) the equivalent of USD 20 in your local currency.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access to a feature or terminate the license if you materially breach these Terms, misuse purchases or ads, threaten security, or if continued operation is unlawful or no longer reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we will try to provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach.

Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, and accrued payment obligations—will survive. Termination does not remove non-waivable refund or consumer rights.

12. Changes to the App or these Terms

We may update the App and these Terms to reflect new features, service providers, security needs, legal requirements, or business changes. Revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice or ask for renewed acceptance where required. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using and delete the App.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts and competent consumer authorities in Türkiye will have jurisdiction, subject always to mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence and any right you have to bring a claim before your local courts or authority.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and describe the dispute so we can try to resolve it informally. This request does not shorten or waive any legal limitation period or right to urgent relief.

14. General terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the App, subject to applicable law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable App Store terms form the agreement concerning your use of the App.
