By installing or using Tessera, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility and license
You must be legally able to accept these terms, or use Tessera with a parent or guardian’s permission. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Tessera for non-commercial use.
Gameplay, stars and hints
Stars, hints, Undos, streaks, themes and progress are virtual gameplay features with no cash value. An Undo or committed reposition spends one credit and caps that attempt at two stars. Start Over remains free.
Purchases and restoration
If paid items are offered, pricing and billing are controlled by Apple or Google. Consumable purchases are not restorable. Eligible non-consumables can be restored on the same store account and platform. Refunds, pending payments and billing disputes follow the store’s rules.
Ads and external services
Tessera may show ads and may link to the publisher’s other native store listings. Google, Apple and linked services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not tamper with the app, bypass purchase or advertising systems, automate abusive requests, redistribute protected assets, or use Tessera unlawfully. Tessera’s code, art, audio, design and branding remain owned by their respective owners.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change to improve safety, compatibility or gameplay. Updated terms will show a new date. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not limited by these terms.

On-device purchase verification
Tessera has no publisher receipt server or RevenueCat account. Apple or Google purchase status is verified on this device. Cross-device refund, revocation and fraud reconciliation may therefore be delayed or unavailable. This does not limit mandatory consumer or store rights.
