By downloading or playing Pipewick you agree to these terms.
1. License
Pipewick is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or redistribute the game or its assets.
2. Virtual items
Hints and other in-game items are virtual goods with no monetary value. They are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for money and may be adjusted for balance in updates. Local balances and progress are not guaranteed to transfer or recover; an operating-system backup may restore them depending on your device settings.
3. Purchases, restore and refunds
If in-app products are offered in your build, purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms. Non-consumable purchases can normally be restored only with the same store account on the same platform. Consumable hint packs, earned hints and local progress may not be restorable. Refund requests follow the respective store's policy; we cannot process payments or refunds directly. The app relies on first-party platform results plus a local idempotency ledger, not RevenueCat or authoritative server-side receipt validation, so it cannot guarantee immediate detection of every refund, revocation or fraudulent receipt, particularly while offline.
4. Advertising
Optional rewarded videos and limited campaign-completion interstitials are provided by a third-party ad network (Google AdMob). Availability of ads — and therefore of ad rewards — is not guaranteed at all times.
5. No warranty
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the game, including loss of locally stored progress.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated with future app versions; continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
