Equalize Terms of Use
Effective date: August 20, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Equalize, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Personal-use license
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, exploit or interfere with the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Virtual items and purchases
Hints and other virtual items have no cash value outside the app. Purchases, refunds and billing are handled by Apple or Google under their store rules. Consumable items may not be restorable; eligible non-consumable purchases may be restored through the store.
4. Ads and third-party services
Optional advertising and external links may be provided by third parties. Their content, availability and terms are controlled by those parties.
5. Availability and changes
The app is provided as available. Features, levels and online services may change or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
7. Contact and updates
Questions may be sent to the support address below. Continued use after an updated version is presented means acceptance of the updated terms.
